In diligence. Smelted is confirming scope and rights with the seller.
License terms at a glance
- Non-exclusive license for the uses named in it: training, evals or agent environments.
- Training permission doesn’t include public release, resale or sublicensing of the raw data.
- No attempts to re-identify people, customers or the seller.
- Raw data is deleted at the end of the term; models already trained may remain, as the license sets out.
