Why AI labs license operating data
Today’s AI agents fully finish under 3% of the hardest real jobs experts put in front of them. To improve, they need real examples of how people take a task from start to finish. Your support tickets, docs and code are exactly that, and AI labs pay for them.

How a license works
Five stages
An offer within a week of intake, and paid within 7 days of signing.
- 01
Application
Tell us about your company and its data. About 5 minutes, and estimates are fine.
You · 5 min - 02
Scope
An intro call. You choose the systems, folders and date ranges, and rule out any buyers, like competitors.
You + us - 03
De-identify & package
Names, contact details, account numbers and secrets in code come out. Anything that can’t be cleaned is left out.
Smelted - 04
Offer & terms
Offers usually arrive within a week. Labs judge redacted samples only, and you approve the buyer, the use and when raw data must be deleted.
You approve - 05
Payment
Paid within 7 days of signing. Our fee comes out of the license. No deal, no fee.

What we license
If your team uses a helpdesk, a CRM or a shared drive, you’re sitting on something AI labs will pay for: how the work gets done, from request to result. Not your contact list.
Support tickets
Zendesk · Intercom · Freshdesk
Real problems and exactly how your team solved them.
Source code
GitHub · GitLab · Bitbucket
Internal tools and services, with the history that explains them.
Docs & SOPs
Notion · Confluence · Google Drive
Runbooks, onboarding guides and how-tos. Judgment, written down.
CRM & sales notes
HubSpot · Salesforce · Pipedrive
Call notes, objections and deal reviews, with every contact removed.
Chat & email
Slack · Teams · Gmail
How decisions actually get made, with identities stripped out.
Ops data & logs
Analytics · Logs · Sensors
Telemetry paired with the notes that explain what happened.
Security and de-identification
Buyers learn how your business works. Never who your customers are.
Identities come out first
Names, emails, phone numbers, account IDs and secrets in code are removed or swapped for labels like “Person 14” before anything leaves processing.
Nothing moves until you sign
Your data stays under your control until a buyer purchases and you approve the deal.
Buyers see redacted previews only
Labs judge quality from redacted samples. They never see the full dataset before the sale.
Some things never leave
You’ll never be asked for passwords, payment details or access to your live systems.
For companies
Sell what your team already wrote down.
- Support tickets, code, docs, CRM notes and chat

- You approve each buyer and each use
For buyers
Source real operating data, cleared to train on.
- De-identified datasets from operating companies
- Redacted samples before you commit
- A signed license, with the seller’s approval on record

Because AI still can’t do most real work. Labs have used up the public internet, and what they can’t find online is how real businesses actually operate. That lives in your helpdesk, CRM, docs and code.
